April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.

All workers in South Australia have completed the MinistrySafe Sexual Abuse Awareness Training program, which is designed to equip those who participate with the knowledge to identify, and respond to child sexual abuse.

To ensure competency at the completion of the training a pass on an examination is required.

To maintain their certification, a renewal is completed every 2 years, ensuring that the training remains up-to-date and effective.
